TELECOMM PLANS SUBSIDIARY TO BUY INTERNET COMPANIES Naperville-based Telecomm Industries Corp. has approved plans to form a subsidiary, NetVision.Com, to acquire local Internet service providers primarily in the BellSouth region.

The company is currently involved in discussions with Merrill Lynch on the structure and financing of the subsidiary.

BUDGET RENT A CAR WINS TOP NATIONAL AWARD Lisle-based Budget Rent a Car Corp. was named the top brand of car rental in the annual Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Awards for 1998.
